Waking up each morning to the aroma of fresh croissants was a delight. The staff were super friendly, and the spa amenities made unwinding after long days irresistible.

The telephone in the room did not function properly, frustrating to reach out to reception for assistance. It was a minor issue, but slightly inconvenient.

Charming room decor feels straight out of a Parisian dream with unique touches that really create a nice atmosphere. The location is perfect-just a short walk to the Pantheon and all the must-see spots, ideal for anyone wanting to soak in the city's history.

Rooms are a bit cramped, so anyone who values space might feel like they're in a college dorm instead of a hotel. Some features listed, like a balcony, seem misleading or only available if you're lucky, which can be frustrating who expect what's advertised. Plus, the water pressure in the shower fluctuates, which can be annoying when you're trying to clean up after a long day.

Consider asking for a room on a lower floor to avoid the stairs and enjoy quick access to the breakfast area.

The room upgrade in October with a small balcony was good for evening relaxation. The spa area was a wonderful surprise that enhanced our stay experience.
